Chemical vapor deposition zinc sulfide(CVDZnS) is an important infrared window material, which is widely used in infrared devices and instruments such as infrared safety alarm, infrared radiation temperature measurement, infrared medical equipment, resource exploration, weather forecast, agricultural yield estimation, etc. At present, Research institute synthetic crystals can prepare a variety of chemical vapor deposition zinc sulfide products including standard CVDZnS / multispectral ZnS and elemental ZnS.

The standard CVDZnS has excellent optical transmission properties in the long wavelength infrared band (8-12µm), good mechanical strength and environmental stability. The plate size is 800mm × 1000mm;

Multispectral ZnS is a standard CVD ZnS prepared by hot isostatic pressing process. It has excellent optical transmission performance in the range of visible light to long wave infrared (0.4-14m), and the size of the prepared ZnS is 440mm × 500mm;

Elemental ZnS has many advantages, such as wide transmission band (2.5-12m), high infrared transmittance at high temperature, good thermal shock resistance, etc.
